Tektronix launches coherent lightwave signal analyser for optical research laboratories

OM4106D lightwave signal analyser
Tektronix has launched the OM4106D coherent lightwave signal analyser, which are designed for use in optical research laboratories and feature 33GHz bandwidth support.
The analyser is integrated with the DPO73304D oscilloscope and has purpose-built algorithms and no limitations on pattern length.
Additionally, the oscilloscope features a sample rate of 100GS/s across two channels or 50GS/s across four channels, as well as a Datastore public interface.
The OM4106D includes software for coherent modulation analysis including Q Plot, eye diagrams and effective bit error rate.
A calibration and evaluation system for third-party receivers is also available.
