Anritsu to exhibit tools for LTE networks
Anritsu
LTE tools
Anritsu will showcase a variety of tools for LTE networks at Mobile World Congress on 15-18 February in Barcelona, Spain.
On Stand 1B31, the company will demonstrate the live LTE testing of devices and networks and discuss the activities and trends within the testing community.
With the launch of LTE networks as a key theme in the industry, Anritsu will show the various tools required to be certain of the network quality and coverage that customers will experience in the live networks.
This includes the LTE mobile device testing and certification solutions that enable reliable performance and global roaming, as well as LTE field-test tools for ensuring the coverage and performance of base-station installations.
The company will also show the latest W-CDMA handset test solutions and base-station radio-frequency (RF) test equipment.
This will include demonstrations of the TD-SCDMA standard that is deployed in China and also the TD-LTE version of LTE that is being promoted in a number of markets.
Anritsu will display and discuss activities for device certification in bodies such as GCF and PTCRB, standardisation work within 3GPP and requirements setting within NGMN.
With customer experience management playing a more important role in today's service assurance, the company has launched products to enhance operators capabilities to monitor and troubleshoot the subscriber's perceived quality.
These products include a new radio access performance tool and solutions to measure and improve GSM, UMTS and LTE service quality.
With Masterclaw Quality, users get a new approach of passive monitoring that provides network performance reports (by region or vendors, weekly or trend) on a radio access network.
This KPI monitoring tool analyses log files from network elements and radio measurements regardless of the network elements vendor.
