NSG 4070 system
Teseq, a developer and provider of instrumentation and test systems for EMC emission and immunity testing, has introduced its updated NSG 4070 multi-functional EMC immunity test system.
The Teseq NSG 4070 offers a test frequency range of 9kHz to 1GHz and its modular setup, using internal or external amplifiers, makes it suitable for a variety of test applications.
Typical functions available include tests according to IEC 61000-4-6, various BCI applications and a signal generator and power meter for test systems as per IEC 61000-4-3, IEC 61000-4-20 and IEC 61000-4-21 applications.
The updated firmware makes the NSG 4070 independent from an external PC and control software.
However, it can also be remote controlled for system operation.
A transfer of test and measurement data for documentation is provided by a USB memory stick, which may be plugged into the front panel.
The NSG 4070 features: an integrated signal generator with a frequency range of 9kHz to 1GHz; three power meter inputs covering the frequency range 9kHz to 1GHz; an integrated power amplifier module for different applications; multiple equipment-under-test (EUT) monitoring options; a 5.7in (14.5cm) TFT colour display with 'soft-key' control; internal, menu-based control software pre-loaded with basic remote-control software; and a test report generator.
Dedicated 'hard' keys are provided for important, frequently used functions, according to the company.
