wireless LAN modules
Data Hunter has developed Radion wireless LAN modules, with 20 interfaces and a 25Mbytes/s sustained data rate.
The very-high-speed interfaces include SPI, wired Ethernet, USB 2.0, SSP, dual CAN automotive buses, I2S music/audio and four simultaneous USARTs for logic-level Async serial or RS232/RS485 interfaces.
Up to four simultaneous wireless socket sessions can be active simultaneously.
The modules transmit a +15dB output, and a complete wireless protocol stack is built in.
Their small size of 35 x 50mm is about a third the area of a credit card.
A developer kit and tools are available for fast deployment.
