Ferroxcube introduces high-frequency RFID tag
Texim
Ferroxtag
Ferroxcube has announced the release of Ferroxtag, a high-frequency RFID (radio frequency identification) tag with epoxy and silicon seal packaging.
These tags have been designed to be effective when used in special conditions/environments such as in liquid or on metal surfaces.
Misreading of data occurs when a traditional RFID is used under special conditions.
Interference or diffraction may result from being either immersed in liquid, exposed to high humidity or attached to a metal surface.
Ferroxtag offers accurate data reading using an oxygen-iron powder sintered onto an antenna.
The appearance of the tags can be customised to meet client's demands.
Ferroxtag is available from Texim Europe.
