Axiomtek has released its SBC81206 PICMG 1.0 PCI/ISA single board computer based on the Mobile Intel 945GC Express chipset with up to 800MHz FSB.
The Intel GMA 950 graphics core is built into the Mobile Intel 945GC Express chipset, which features powerful graphics performance and excellent visual quality for multimedia environments.
The SBC81206 full-size single board computer supports high-bandwidth dual-channel DDR2 533/677 DIMM sockets with up to 2GB memory.
Axiomtek's SBC81206 offers an opportunity to upgrade to the Intel Core 2 Duo processor.
The SBC81206 also comes with Intel Pentium 4, Pentium D and Celeron processors, offering customers an alternative choice.
The single board computer supports four serial ATA high-speed data transferring up to 3GB/s for improved data access.
A full set of I/O features include two COM ports, six high-speed USB 2.0 ports, two Gigabit LANs, VGA and PS/2 ports.
Two integrated Realtek RTL8111B 10/100/1000 Ethernet controllers feature a remote wake-up function to increase cost efficiency in network maintenance and management.
A watchdog timer is included to keep the system running smoothly.
The SBC81206 supports various embedded operating systems such as Windows XP Embedded, Windows Vista and Linux.
