Miro GSM
Murrelektronik’s Miro GSM control cabinet communicates with plant operators using text messages and is suitable for maintaining and controlling machines and installations.
The unit provides machine operating conditions in a short message, and also allows operators to control outputs in the same way.
The Miro GSM can be connected to six inputs, with limits defined by a configuration software. If the defined values are reached then the unit will automatically send out a predefined text message.
For each input the user can decide which and how many people to send the message to.

- A SIM card inserted into the unit enables it to communicate with mobile networks.
- Active responses are also available, for example, the user texts the machine and it replies with details such as the current operating temperature.
- The plant operator can also switch four relay outputs using a text message.
