Impulse is offering the EMB-LN9T MiniITX board from Aaeon Technology, which can be used in multimedia devices, digital signage and outdoor billboards.
The EMB-LN9T utilises the latest dual-core Intel Atom processor and is designed to enhance versatility.
It is available with the Intel Atom N450 or D510 pre-installed and is supported by the Intel ICH8M chipset.
The board supports two 200-pin DDR2 SODIMM 533/667 memory up to 4GB.
The EMB-LN9T is equipped with one 10/100/1000Base-TX RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet with the option of adding an extra Gigabit Ethernet socket to meet embedded requirements.
It has two SATA and one Compact Flash interface.
I/O consists of one PCI, one Mini Card, eight USB 2.0, 10 COM and one LPC.
The PCI slot will also allow for one PCI-Express though a custom riser card, available upon request.
The EMB-LN9T supports clone/dual view display on CRT and LVDS and the graphics chipset has an integrated hardware MPEG2 decoder.
The LCD interface deploys an 18-bit single-channel interface but can support 24 bit upon request.
In addition, the EMB-LN9T can be equipped to support optional DVI interface in order to enhance the display function.
Impulse can supply the EMB-LN9T populated with memory, storage and operating system.
