Aaeon Epic-9457 factor board
Aaeon, an industrial PC manufacturer, has announced its Epic form factor board, Epic-9457, designed to fit into diverse applications with space limitations.
Epic-9457 accommodates the onboard Intel Atom N270 Processor 1.6GHz and features support for DDRII 400/533 and system memory up to 2GB.
It adopts Intel 945GSE + ICH7M, deploys Intel 82574L chip and features two RJ-45 ports onboard that support up to 1GB Ethernet to display the transcendent performance of network connections.
The board configures an Intel 945GSE display chipset to support CRT/LCD simultaneous/dual view displays with resolution support of analogue CRTs up to 2048x1536 and 24-bit dual channel LVDS LCD panels up to 1600x1200.
In addition to the PC/104-Express expansion, EPIC-9457 also features one EIDE, two SATA, one Type II Compactflash for storage plus six USB 2.0 ports, four COM ports and eight-bit Digital I/O for flexible expansion.
