BVM panel PCs have 8.4 to 17in touch screens
BVM
POS-SS panel PCs
BVM's range of panel PCs has been increased with the addition of the POS-SS range.
The units are available with touch-screen sizes ranging from 8.4 to 17in and supporting a selection of low-power Intel Atom, ULV and Core 2 Duo processors, enabling fanless operation.
They all feature a stainless-steel IP65 front bezel, making them suitable for public-facing point-of-service applications such as information kiosks, ticket machines and other self-service uses.
Second-screen support is provided, making the POS-SS particularly suitable for EPOS where its full range of interfaces and support peripherals such as cash drawers, barcode readers and credit-card readers ensure simple installation.
The units are complete PCs with Gigabit LAN, serial and parallel ports; they support all popular operating systems, ensuring an easy field implementation.
The internal hard disk size can be specified to suit individual requirements.
The weight and size of the unit are kept to a minimum by using an external auto-ranging 'power brick'.
