Matrix-518 Linux-ready ARM9 Box Computer
The Matrix-518 industrial Linux-ready ARM9 Box Computer is targeted for industrial automation applications.
It is equipped with the 400MHZ/MMU Atmel AT91SAM9G20 ARM Thumb Processor, which increases Matrix-518 system performance yet lowers the power consumption by at least half compared with the 180MHz Atmel AT91RM9200.
The Matrix-518 industrial Linux-ready box computer carries 64MB SDRAM, 128MB NAND Flash and 2MB Dataflash, In addition to enhanced computing ability, Matrix-518's power consumption is lower than 3W in full-power mode.
Matrix-518 is ideal for applications requiring high performance yet constrained power consumption, such as security cameras, building automation, barcode readers and point-of-sales terminals.
The Dataflash includes a backup Linux file system that will automatically boot up Matrix-518 in case the primary NAND Flash fails.
The failure-proof and redundant booting design makes Matrix-518 an ideal platform for many mission-critical applications.
