Socomec introduces energy-efficient UPS for use in critical IT facilities and data centres
Socomec UPS
Green Power UPS
Socomec has introduced an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) that is suitable for use in critical IT facilities and data centres.
According to the company, the new Green Power UPS is designed to ensure complete vertical and horizontal modularity.
Users can achieve power scaling by plugging a maximum of six power modules into the modular UPS system.
The UPS is said to deliver 96 per cent energy efficiency in three-phase, double-conversion mode.
Key features
- Redundant architecture employs parallel plug-in modules
- Real-time hot-swap functionality improves module maintenance
- Small footprint of 600 x 900 x 1,695mm is said to help optimise the use of space
- Integrated environmental monitoring device measures all environmental parameters
- Optional Modbus TCP interface enables communications with building management systems
