20PURB\\_LD Series
Powerpax UK has released a range of miniature 20W DC/DC converters.
The 20PURB\\_LD Series is compact and has dimensions of 50.8 x 25.4 x 11.5mm.
These converters are available with either a 24V (9 - 36V) or 48V (18 - 75V), 4:1, nominal input with outputs of 3.3, 5, 12 and 15V available.
These converters feature a total output tolerance, including line and load regulation, of +/-1 per cent, with excellent closed-loop control providing good stability.
Standard features on this series include over-voltage, over-current, under-voltage lock-out and short-circuit protection.
The series features input to output isolation of 1.5kV DC and efficiency of up to 88 per cent.
The operating temperature range is -40C to +85C with convection cooling, and for tougher environments there is an optional external heat-sink.
The case of the 20PURB\\_LD provides a six-sided shield that provides a rugged package and enhances EMI performance.
According to the company, this product range is designed for long life and features the latest SMD technology with an MTBF of greater than one million hours.
