CP series
Powersolve has launched the CP series of lithium polymer thin cells, which is designed for use in applications including next-generation smart cards, asset tracking tags, electronic tracking systems, smoke detectors and medical equipment.
Designed to be very light in weight, these primary laminated aluminium thin-foil batteries feature a nominal 3VDC output and are available in a wide range of standard sizes from 16mAh up to 3,000mAh.
The cells can be manufactured down to just 0.4mm thick and also built to size to suit a specific customer application.
Measuring 0.45 x 23 x 45mm, the CP452345 weighs 0.7g and gives 30mAh, while offering a self-discharge rate of one per cent and a shelf life of 10 years.
