XP Power's CLC175 single output open frame AC/DC power supply has a power density of 9.3W per cubic inch.
It is rated at 175W and measures 76.2 x 127 x 31.8mm, allowing it to fit into a standard 1U space.
Resonant topology converter techniques make the CLC175 efficient.
This approach also results in an improved EMI performance and low ripple and noise.
Only 10 CFM of forced airflow is required for the power supply to achieve its full power output.
The unit includes a standard 12 V DC 0.5A fan output, removing the need for an external voltage source.
The CLC175 is available with output voltages of 12, 24 or 48V DC from a universal input of 85-264V AC.
Remote sense is included as standard to compensate for up to a 0.5V DC total voltage drop in the end-system.
No additional external components are required for the unit to meet Class B conducted EMC limits, saving money and space.
The units operate from 0 to +70C, with full power available up to +50C.
An options package can be specified to include power OK, remote on/off and 5V standby.
The CLC175 is fully approved to worldwide safety standards.
