Sunpower unveils green mode power supplies

They are available in 5V, 12V, 25V, 24V, 30V and 48V models with a maximum output wattage of 76.8W under natural cooling environment and with a 105C capacitor built-in.

The power units works with an operating temperature range from -20C to +70C.

The input voltage range of SPS-075 is from 88V - 264V AC or 125V - 375V DC making it fit for the varied voltage requirements around the world.

The output voltage is adjustable by +/-10 per cent and the power consumption is less than 0.5W at no load condition and 240V AC input; the efficiency is up to 86 per cent max.

SPS-G075 series is designed with over-voltage, over-load and short-circuit protection.

In over-voltage protection, the power supply will go into hiccup mode and will need to re-power to recover.

In over-load and short-circuit protection modes, the power supply will shutdown then auto-recover once the defect is removed.

To satisfy the different applications, SPS-G075 Series comply to EN61000-3-2 class A standard and have obtained UL, cUL, TUV, CB, EN60950-1 safety approvals.

The new CE directive of Declaration Conformity ( LVD 2006/95/EC and EMC 2004/108/EC) is also available.

Application fields include logic control circuit designing, automatic control systems, industrial control systems, test equipment, printers, POS systems, electronic voting machines, franking machines, gambling machines and more.
