MINT1022 power supply
SL Power Electronics has introduced the MINT1022, a 22W single-output power supply designed for applications requiring a medically-approved, compact, internal power supply.
The power supply provides 22W from 5V, 12V or 24V outputs and is capable of giving up to 24W for periods of one minute.
Input is 90V to 240V AC and output is via Molex connectors.
The unit measures 2in x 3.5in x 0.67in and weighs 100g.
MINT1022 units have over-voltage and short-circuit protection as standard features.
Earth leakage current at 264V AC 60Hz is measured at less than 125mA (200mA single fault).
The unit is designed to operate at full power between 0 and 50C, with derating from 50 to 70C to 50 per cent of full power.
MTBF achieved is 300,000 hours using the Telcordia method ground benign at 25C.
All models are fully approved to UL, EN, IEC 60601-1, CSA22.2 No 601 and meet the requirements of the RoHS directive.
