TFE-1200-12 power supply
Tectrol has introduced the TFE-1200-12, a high-density, high-efficiency 12V front-end power-supply module for datacom and storage and server applications.
The TFE-1200-12 measures 10 x 4 x 1.6in delivers 1,200W with efficiencies >90 per cent.
The front-end power-supply module delivers 12VDC at 100A in a 1U power module that is 10in (254mm) deep, making it ideal for mid-plane system architectures.
The small size of the module allows up to four parallel/N+1 redundant modules to fit within a 1U rack space.
The power modules feature an I2C digital interface; universal AC input with active PFC; auxiliary 5VSB and 12VSB; hot-swap capability; droop or single-wire current share; remote on/off; remote sense; and front-panel LED indicators.
All units are RoHS 6/6 compliant and safety qualified for cTUVus EN60950-1 and CE mark (LVD) with reliability >500Khrs (Telecordia SR332; 40C; full load).
The supply is designed to fit a range of standard applications and can be modified or configured for deployment in customer-specific applications.
