HD160 series
Gresham Power Electronics has announced the release of its HD160 series of high power density AC to DC switch-mode power supplies.
The HD160 series delivers up to 160W in the industry standard 51 x 102mm footprint.
These power supplies are suitable for low-profile, 1U-high applications.
The HD160 series utilises the latest design technologies and switching topologies to deliver operational efficiencies up to 90 per cent with a power density exceeding 18W/in3.
These single-output power supplies offer nominal output voltages of 5, 12, 24 and 48V DC.
Other standard features include universal AC input (85 to 264V AC), active power factor correction (EN61000-3-2 Class D compliant) and protection against over-temperature, over-current and over-voltage conditions.
Safety agency approvals include, Information Technology Equipment (ITE), UL/cUL60950-1/EN60950-1, Medical (UL/cUL 60601-1 / EN60601-1) and all models are CE marked (LVD) and conform to FCC/EN55022 Level B Emission Standards.
The HD160 series offers reliable performance, high MTBF and is RoHS compliant.
The HD160 series is suitable for a wide range of applications including bulk power front-ends for distributed power architecture (DPA or IBA) in telecom, industrial, military Cots, medical and scientific instrumentation.
