PMK/PMMK130 power supply
Astrodyne has introduced the PMK/PMMK130: a series of flexible switching AC/DC power supplies.
The PMK/PMMK product range consists of 150W, 225W, 320W and 450W; this latest release adds 130W for lower-wattage applications.
The new series provides standard single- and triple-output voltages of 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, 28V, 36V and 48V, enhancing their utility across a range of applications.
The company offers power density and performance features for new and existing designs in instruments, process control and monitoring systems, communications products and embedded controls.
The PMK/PMMK130 power supplies features active power factor correction (PFC) and are designed to deliver optimal performance for efficiencies of up to 85 per cent.
They are offered with screw terminal blocks or a 3.96mm pitch and five- and 10-pin input and output connectors to accommodate various design specifications.
The PMK/PMMK130 is available in an open-frame or U-channel style.
This new series meets stringent space requirements while delivering optimal performance characteristics, according to the company.
Case dimensions are 3 x 5 x 1.2in (76.2 x 127 x 30.5mm).
The U-channel version can be ordered with a DIN rail clip to facilitate mounting in DIN rail applications.
This range meets UL/EN 60950 approvals and complies with EMI/EMC Class B regulations for ITE/medical applications.
The medically approved PMMK meets both UL/EN 60601 specifications.
Modified and custom designs are also available.
