VDRS series power supplies
V-Infinity, CUI's power line, has released a series of convection-cooled DIN-rail-mounted AC-DC power supplies for automation, machine control and process control applications.
The VDRS series is available with output power of 10W, 20W, 40W, 60W or 100W.
The power supplies accept a universal input of 88-264VAC and offer output voltages of 12VDC, 15VDC, 24VDC and 48VDC, depending on the model.
The VDRS series is compact, with the 60W version measuring only 1.6in (4cm) in width.
Standard features include brown-out, short-circuit, overload and over-voltage protection.
The operating temperature range is -20C to +70C, de-rating from full load at 50C to 50 per cent at 70C.
Safety approvals include UL 508, UL1310 (NEC NFPA70 Class 2 Output) and TUV EN60950-1.
An LED indicator gives the user an immediate visual indication of the output status and the output voltage can be adjusted via the front-panel potentiometer.
The VDRS series is available through Digi-Key, with prices starting at USD22.97 (GBP14.79) for the 10W-per-unit version.
