HLG-120 power supplies
Mean Well's HLG-120 series 120W high-efficiency, high-IP-rated power supplies are suited for LED street lighting, spotlights, outdoor displays, decorative lighting, or any other harsh environment.
With a built-in active PFC function and an input range of 90-264V AC, the HLG-120 series meets the harmonic current limitation per EN61000-3-2 Class C and fulfils PF>0.9 if loading is over 50-60 per cent.
With up-to-date LLC and synchronise rectify technology, the HLG-120 series has up to 94 per cent of high efficiency and - fully potted with heat-dissipating glue - is rated at IP 65 or IP67.
To enable the units to operate in outdoor harsh environments, the HLG-120 series has been designed with an all-aluminium case and stainless-steel screws.
With cooling by only free air convection, they can operate at full load from -30 to 60C ambient temperature.
The HLG-120 series has the option to adjust the constant current output with a 1-10V DC or 10V PWM signal or resistor, As a result, they offer system designers the flexibility to design luminaries with energy-saving and brightness-reduction features.
The HLG-120 series complies with global certificates per UL/CUL/TUV/CB/CE, including UL8750, EN61347-1 and EN61347-2-13 lighting regulations, and meets 4KV surge immunity (EN61000-4-5).
