HVC series of wraparound terminal chip resistors
The HVC series of wraparound terminal chip resistors from Ohmite have been designed for use as high-voltage resistors within renewable energy, military and medical electronics, as well as in vacuum applications.
The series — which comprises of 23 stock part numbers — is available with voltage ratings of up to 3kV, resistance values from 100,000 ohms to 100 Gohms and voltage coefficients from 10 up to 100, depending on resistance value.
Additionally, units feature a standard TCR of 100ppm and standard tolerances of five per cent.
The units are suitable for use in vacuums as they do not contain any organic compounds.
They are supplied in 0805, 1206, and 2512 package sizes and operate within a temperature range of -55°C to 155°C.
