CLV0850A-LF voltage-controlled oscillator
Z-Communications has launched the model CLV0850A-LF RoHS-compliant voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) in UHF band, designed for satellite communication and fixed wireless applications.
The CLV0850A-LF operates at 850-851MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-3.3VDC.
This VCO features a typical phase noise of -112dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 31MHz/V.
The CLV0850A-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 0dBm at 3.3VDC supply while drawing 18mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40C to 85C.
This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -15dBc and comes in Z-Communications' standard Mini-14S package measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22in.
It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
The CLV0850A-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
