VCO Z-Communications has introduced the CRO6600Z in C-band, a VCO (voltage-controlled oscillator).
The CRO6600Z operates from 6590-6610 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5VDC.
It features a typical phase noise of -102 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 18 MHz/V.
The CRO6600Z delivers a typical output power of 3dBm at 5VDC supply while drawing 150mA (typical, due to the doubler) over the 0 - 85C temperature range.
This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -50dBc and comes in the VCO-24H package, measuring 0.866 x 0.630 x 0.22in.
It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
The CRO6600Z is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
CRO6600Z is well suited for microwave radio and satellite communication applications that require superior second harmonic suppression and ultra low phase noise performance.
