Z-Communications has introduced the ZRO1560A1LF in L-band, an RoHS-compliant VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) model.
The ZRO1560A1LF operates at 1560 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0-5 V DC.
This VCO features a typical phase noise of -121 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 0.7 MHz/V.
The ZRO1560A1LF delivers a typical output power of 0 dBm at 5V DC supply while drawing 18 mA (typical) over the -40 to 85C temperature range.
This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -30 dBc and comes in Z-Comm's industry standard MINI-16 package, which measures 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22in.
It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
The ZRO1560A1LF is ideal for automated surface-mount assembly and reflow.
It is also suited for fixed wireless and test and measurement applications needing superior second harmonic suppression and ultra low-phase noise performance.
