Z-Communications has announced an RoHS compliant VCO (voltage-controlled oscillator) model CRO0410A-LF in UHF band.
The CRO0410A-LF operates from 390-430MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5V DC.
This VCO features a typical phase noise of -117dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 17MHz/V.
The CRO0410A-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of -4dBm at 5V DC supply while drawing 36mA (typical) over the temperature range of -30 to 70C.
This VCO features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -15dBc and comes in Z-Comm's industry-standard Mini-16 package measuring 0.5in x 0.5in x 0.22in.
It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
The CRO0410A-LF is also suitable for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
CRO0410A-LF is also designed for base station and portable radio applications that require ultra-low phase noise performance.
