CRO3260A-LF VCO
Z-Communications has launched an RoHS-compliant voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) model in S-band that is suitable for fixed wireless and digital radio applications.
The CRO3260A-LF operates at 3,203MHz to 3,317MHz, with a tuning voltage range of 0.5VDC to 4.5VDC.
The VCO features a typical phase noise of -103dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 42MHz/V.
The CRO3260A-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 1dBm at 5VDC supply while drawing 24mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40C to +85C.
The VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -15dBc and comes in the company's standard Mini-16-SM package measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22in (12.7 x 12.7 x 5.6mm).
It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
The CRO3260A-LF is also suitable for automated surface-mount assembly and reflow.
The new VCO is ideal for applications that require ultra-low phase noise performance.
