VCO for digital radio and test instrument systems
Z-Communications
V804ME02-LF VCO
Z-Communications has launched an RoHS-compliant Voltage-Controlled Oscillator (VCO) for digital radio and test-instrument applications that require ultra-low phase-noise performance.
The V804ME02-LF in S-band operates at 2,165-2,650MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-19V DC.
This VCO features a typical phase noise of -101dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 32MHz/V.
The V804ME02-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 5dBm at 12V DC supply while drawing 23mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40 to 85C.
This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -18dBc and comes in Z-Comm’s standard Mini-16-Low package, measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.16in.
It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
The V804ME02-LF is also suitable for automated surface-mount assembly and reflow.
