TFC miniature oscillators target GPS applications
Total Frequency Control
TY SMD oscillators
Targeted at GPS applications, an ultra-miniature VCTCXO package is available from Total Frequency Control (TFC).
The TY SMD oscillators measure 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8mm (H) and are available in standard frequencies from 15 to 40MHz, with an optional minimum pulling of +/-5.0ppm.
TFC Marketing Manager, Craig Wells said: 'Notable features of this compact and lightweight package are its overall temperature stability as tight as +/-0.5ppm and/or an operating temperature range of -40 to 85C.
An additional benefit is it's low phase noise, typically -115dBc with a 100Hz offset at 19.2MHz.' Suitable for automated assembly, additional applications include Wimax, WLAN and Mobile Phones.
