TCXOs can be used as clocks in digital systems
Fox Electronics
Fox251 Ultra Miniature series TCXOs
Fox's Fox251 Ultra Miniature series TCXOs can be used as general tight-tolerance clocks in digital systems that can take advantage of the small size and HCMOS output.
Expanding Fox's HCMOS oscillator line, the series is available in a 2.5 x 2mm package.
The SMD HCMOS TCXOs feature a frequency range of 4 to 54MHz, with stabilities as tight as +/-2.5ppm over the -30C to 85C operating temperature range, +/-0.2ppm over the supply voltage change and +/-0.2ppm over the load change.
Storage temperature is -40 to 125C and frequency tolerance is +/-1.5ppm at 25C.
The Fox251 series features four models: the 3.3V Fox251C, 2.8V Fox251D, 2.5V Fox251G and 1.8V Fox251L.
All voltages are +/-5 per cent standard.
The RoHS-compliant oscillators offer an input current of 3.1 to 7.0mA, depending on the model and frequency.
Standby current is 10uA, output load is 15pF and typical phase noise at a 10kHz offset is -145dBc/Hz.
The TCXOs feature a gold termination finish.
