RoHS-compliant VCO for fixed wireless applications
Z-Communications
CRO3262B-LF
Z-Communications has launched a new RoHS-compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model CRO3262B-LF in S-band for fixed wireless applications that require ultra-low phase noise performance.
The CRO3262B-LF operates at 3,261-3,263MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5V DC.
This VCO features a typical phase noise of -113dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 5MHz/V.
The CRO3262B-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 8dBm at 5V DC supply while drawing 25mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40 to 85C.
This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -15dBc and comes in Z-Communication's standard MINI-16-SM package measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22in.
It is available in tape-and-reel packaging for production requirements.
The CRO3262B-LF is also suited for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
