HCSL MEMS oscillators
Ecliptek has announced two high-frequency High Speed Current Steering Logic (HCSL) six-pad, surface-mount, low-profile 5.0 x 7.0mm MEMS oscillators (MO).
The HCSL-output EMSL12 (2.5V DC) and EMSL13 (3.3V DC) are available in a variety of configurations, including frequency stabilities of +/-20ppm maximum and operating temperature ranges of -40 to 85C.
Other features include frequencies up to 220MHz, output-enable or standby (high impedance) control, complementary outputs, low-rms phase jitter and duty cycle of 50 +/-5 per cent.
The series provides low-jitter differential clocking solutions for Fiber Channel, Gigabit Ethernet, FBDIMM, SATAS, PCIe and other networking applications.
