Fox Electronics has launched the compact 3.3V F32K 32.768kHz oscillator series as an expansion to its HCMOS oscillator offerings.
The F32K oscillators draw 1.5uA of current and 250nA of standby current, making them ideal for a variety of applications including real-time clocks (RTCs), microcontroller sub clocks, sleep-mode clocks and watchdog timer clocks.
The HCMOS oscillators come in a 3.2 x 2.5mm package and offer stabilities of +10ppm to -90ppm across a temperature range of -10C to +70C and +10ppm to -140ppm across -40C to +85C.
Fox's RoHS-compliant SMD oscillators feature a usable supply voltage of 1.5V to 5.5V (3.3V +/-10 per cent standard).
Operating temperature is -40C to +85C and storage temperature is -55C to 125C.
At 25C, frequency tolerance is +5 +/-20ppm.
The HCMOS oscillators feature a gold termination finish.
