HPK5361 and 5761 series of oscillators
Euroquartz has launched its HPK5361 and 5761 series of positive emitter coupled logic (PECL) oscillators, which are suitable for use in SONET, Ethernet, broadband access, microprocessors/DSP/FPGA, industrial controllers, test and measurement equipment and fibre channels.
The units feature a low phase noise of -138dBc/Hz at 10kHz, a typical integrated phase jitter of 200fs and PECL square wave output logic.
They are available with frequencies of 40–200MHz, frequency stabilities of ±25, ±50 and ±100ppm, and can operate using either a 2.5 or 3.3V power supply.
Additionally, the oscillators can function over temperature ranges of -10 to 70°C (commercial) and -40 to 85°C (industrial).
The HPK5361 model is supplied in a standard 5 x 3.2 x 1.2mm surface mount package, whereas the HPK5761 measures 7 x 5 x 1.8mm.
