Ecliptek EMCL12/13 and EMDS12/13 oscillators
Ecliptek has announced four LVDS and LVPECL six-pad surface-mount low-profile 5.0 x 7.0mm MEMS oscillators (MO).
The products form part of Ecliptek's range of MEMS frequency control products.
The EMCL12 and EMCL13 (2.5 and 3.3V DC LVPECL output) and EMDS12 and EMDS13 (2.5 and 3.3V DC LVDS output) are available in a variety of configurations including frequency stability as low as +/-20ppm maximum and an operating temperature range of -45 to 85C.
Other features include frequencies up to 220MHz, tri-state (high impedance) control, complementary output and duty cycle of 50 +/-5 per cent.
The products offer low RMS phase jitter and phase noise performance.
The Ecliptek MEMS Oscillator series provides low-jitter differential clocking solutions for PCI-Express, Fibre Channel, Gigabit Ethernet, SATAS and other networking applications at a competitive price.
