Crystek offers CRO for communications systems
Crystek
CVCO55CXT-6900-6900 Coaxial Resonator Oscillator
Crystek's CVCO55CXT-6900-6900 Coaxial Resonator Oscillator (CRO) is suited for use in digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
With an internal frequency doubler, the CVCO55CXT is said to offers lower phase noise and harmonics over the competition, while achieving lower current consumption in the process.
The CVCO55CXT-6900-6900 operates at 6,900MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5V DC.
This coaxial VCO features a typical phase noise of -100dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has good linearity.
The CVCO55CXT-6900-6900 CRO exhibits typical output power of 2dBm into a 50ohm load with a supply of +8V DC and a current consumption of 35mA maximum.
Engineered and manufactured in the US, the CVCO55CXT-6900-6900 CRO is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5in package.
Pushing and pulling are minimised to 1.5MHz/V and 0.5MHz, respectively.
Second harmonic suppression is -30dBc typical.
