MRC filter inductor evens heat dissipation
MRC Components
MRC T-Flux inductor
MRC is offering its T-Flux filter inductor series for differential mode using edged flat wire.
MRC uses edged flat wire windings to reduce DCR, lower copper loss, reduce size, even out heat dissipation and achieve double to triple copper-fill factor for one-layer designs.
The series is designed for commercial, industrial and military applications with inductance values from 1uH to approximately 10mH.
Edged flat wire coils are self supported with no bobbins or coil forms, allowing for low-cost mass production.
MRC also offers solutions with MPP, High Flux, Sendust and Mega Flux cores.
Core size of the powdered alloy cores goes up to 165mm outer diameter.
