Solid State Relays can be used in heating systems

Crydom

AC and DC output Solid State Relays

Crydom's AC and DC output Solid State Relays can be used in heating, lighting and motion-control applications where DIN Rail mounting is preferred and higher output power ratings are required.

Featuring a proprietary thermal management design with no exposed hot metal surfaces for safety, the Series One DR range includes AC output ratings at 40C ambient for single-channel models of 6 or 12A and dual AC output models with 6A per channel, each rated at 12 to 280V AC or 24 to 600V AC.

DC output model ratings at 40C ambient include single-channel versions rated at 6 or 12A and 1 to 60 or 1 to 100V DC.

The Series One DR features 4 to 32V DC, 90 to 140V AC, 208 to 265V AC or 18 to 36V AC inputs and includes an LED input status indicator.

The 6A single-channel versions are 11mm wide, while the 12A single-channel and 6A dual-channel SSRs are each 18mm, all mounting on the industry-standard 35mm DIN Rail.

AC output versions offer 3.75kV all solid-state optical isolation with SCR outputs and are available in either zero-voltage turn on for resistive load applications, or random turn on for inductive load applications.

DC outputs offer 2.5kV all-solid-state optical isolation with FET output for resistive or inductive load applications.

Series One DR SSRs are RoHS and China RoHS compliant, CE certified, and UL and cUL recognised, including general-purpose and motor controller ratings.
