Parker Hannifin's Electromechanical Division will be launching a number of highly innovative, ultracompact motion control products at the 2002 Drives and Controls exhibition.

Thecompany will be introducing two new 'mini' precisionlinear positioners, each just 40mm wide, for use in very smallspace envelopes - a characteristic of many applications intoday's fast-growing photonics, semiconductor and lifescience industries.
Parker will also be launching a new series ofhigh-performance brushless servo motor/drive packages, featuringintelligent drives that measure only 86 x 141mm.
Another starattraction will be a demonstration of a highly integrated servodrive that features Bluetooth wireless technology.
Parker will beemphasising its broad capability in the automation sector at Dand C 2002.
The company will be exhibiting a wide range ofpositioning technology, including its entire lineup of XL and XLiseries stepper motor drives and power supplies; theselatest-generation products are designed specifically for thecost-critical OEM and system builder markets.
