Sub-floor panel holder
The Amp Netconnect business unit of Tyco Electronics has released a sub-floor panel holder in 1U, 2U and 4U height versions.
The holder has been launched to enable 19in copper and fibre patch panels to be mounted on pedestals under raised access floors in data centres, equipment rooms and telecoms rooms.
Used in this way, the holder provides an ideal consolidation point or zone patching connection point for networking cabling infrastructures, especially when cabinet space is limited.
The unit uses galvanised steel construction, allowing automatic bonding, and has a clamping range from 14mm to 30mm, square or round.
It meets the requirements of the ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173 and TIA/EIA-568-B specifications.
