California Micro Devices CM1771
California Micro Devices has announced an addition to its Luxguard family of turnkey solutions for ESD protection and thermal management for HBLED lighting applications.
The CM1771, a silicon-based, side-mount protection solution with a back-to-back electrical configuration, features a 100V breakdown voltage.
It provides robust, symmetrical ESD protection and features a small, cost-effective die that can be integrated into a range of HBLED lamp modules.
Samples are available in October 2009 with mass production scheduled for Q1 2010.
