RS Components is adding benchtop frequency counters and timers from Tektronix to its test and measurement portfolio.
The FCA3000 and FCA3100 frequency counters and timers integrate the functionality of a frequency counter, frequency meter and timer into one instrument.
These instruments allow design engineers to make more than 13 different frequency, period, time, pulse or phase measurements with high resolution.
Analysis modes include measurement statistics, histograms and trend plots.
The instruments offer a frequency range up to 300MHz.
These instruments deliver 12-digit/s frequency resolution and single-shot resolution of 50ps (FCA3100) or 100ps (FCA3000) for time.
Dedicated buttons and on-display menus provide quick access to frequently used functions, reducing setup time.
USB and GPIB device ports support remote control and fast measurement transfer speeds.
