Capacitors suited for use in power supplies

PSG capacitors
Nippon Chemicon has announced a range of capacitors that are particularly suitable for power supplies and other applications where lower ESR could mean a reduction in the number of capacitors used.
The PSG high-capacitance, super-low-ESR conductive polymer aluminium electrolytic capacitors offer 5,000 hours at 105C in a capacitance range of 150 to 1,000uF, 16V.
Case sizes range from 6.3 x 5 to 10 x 11.5.
The ripple current is 3,200 to 5,400mArms/105C, 100kHz, and the ESR is 12 to 20mOhm/20C, 100 to 300kHz.
The range is ROHS compliant and halogen free.
