Capacitors guarantee 10,000-hour life at 105C

MLF and MZF series capacitors
Young Electronics Group has introduced two capacitor series developed by Nippon Chemi-Con that are claimed to guarantee a life of 10,000 hours at 105C.
The MLF and MZF series comprise small-size SMD-type aluminium electrolytic capacitors.
The latest FPD televisions and other digital home appliances have become more compact and slim and the temperature in these appliances is becoming higher because of the high-density mounting of electronic components.
The MLF and MZF series employ electrolytes with less evaporation under high temperature.
A sealing rubber effective in reducing the evaporation of the electrolyte has also been developed to further improve product life.
The MZF series features lower impedance by adopting a low-density electrolytic paper to provide a wider range of product line-ups.
