AVX has enhanced its land-grid array (LGA) capacitor product offering to include a low-inductance two-terminal 0805 package for advanced decoupling applications.

Designated the LGC Series, the advanced capacitor is available with 100-per-cent tin and tin lead terminations to provide high-frequency performance similar to an eight-terminal interdigitated capacitor (IDC), making it suitable for design engineers in commercial, military and aerospace applications.
The SnPb termination LGC Decoupling Capacitors are suitable for the high-speed decoupling of military and aerospace CPUs, GPUs, server and networking applications.
The high-speed decoupling capabilities intrinsic to the 0805 case size makes the advanced capacitor suitable for CPU, GPU, server and networking purposes.
Key specifications
- Capacitance values of 1.0uF at 6.3V and 2.2uF at 4V
- X5R dielectric formation
