ODD-660W selective wavelength photodiode launched
Opto Diode
ODD-660W selective wavelength photodiode
Opto Diode has announced the launch of the third in the series of selective wavelength photodiodes, designated the ODD-660W.
The device operates from 550nm to 750nm with peak response at 660nm and features a spectral bandwidth of 80nm.
The hermetically-sealed photodiode offers low dark current without the need for optical filters.
Applications for the photodetector include fluorescence detection, colour sensors, daylight sensors, light barriers, and medical diagnostics.
The standard TO-46 can permits easy installation into existing or new systems.
Storage and operating parameters are from -30C to 85C; lead soldering temperature of up to 260C.
