ACMD-7605 duplexer
Avago Technologies has announced a high-performance Band 8 WCDMA duplexer.
Leveraging the industry best Q values of its FBAR (film bulk acoustic resonator) technology, Avago's ACMD-7605 demonstrates a 1.3dB typical Tx insertion loss (IL) and 3.5dB maximum IL over temperature.
ACMD-7605 is also claimed to provide excellent over-temperature isolation performance of 51dB minimum in the Tx band and 48dB minimum in the Rx band, which in combination with Avago's insertion loss minimises sensitivity degradation experienced in over-temperature conditions.
The routing architecture in Avago's ACMD-7605 duplexer eases integration into PCB designs.
The ACMD-7605 comes packaged in a 3mm x 3mm module and is RoHS-compliant.
ACMD-7605 is suitable for UMTS-based mobile phones, femtocells, repeaters and data terminal applications.
