Molex’s single chip 100Gbps integrated optical transceiver products are based on CMOS photonics and are suitable for use in cloud computing, data centres and high-performance computing connectivity.
The devices feature four 28Gbps transmit and receive channels, which are powered using a single laser.
They are designed for use with 100 Gbps Ethernet, OTN and Infiniband applications, as well as OIF short reach and very short reach electrical interconnect to host systems.
The range will include direct board-mounted versions and complete end-to-end interconnect systems.
