TTI adds Harvatek LEDs to component portfolio

TTI has added Taiwanese LED manufacturer Harvatek to its discrete-components portfolio.
Harvatek produces up to 500 million SMD LEDs monthly, with devices also available as light bars.
As well as its standard LED portfolio, the manufacturer will also launch infrared devices and LED modules in 2010.
Harvatek's product portfolio covers standard SMD LEDs including PLCC2, PLCC4, PLCC6 and 0402, 0603, 0805 and 1206 size chipleds.
Power LEDs (Harvaleds) up to 3W, leaded products, displays, light bars and custom solutions are also available.
Devices come in all standard colours, bi-colour and RGB.
